What documents do non-residents need for a UAE mortgage?

Salaried UAE non-residents need to have the following documents:

• Identification documents (copy of passport size photograph and passport)
• Work ID
• Salary letter
• Pay slips for six months (in case of variance)
• Other income documents (Tenancy contracts and the title documents for rental properties)
• Current dated salary certificate
• Last six months salary bank account statements and personal bank statements
